PART A – TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FILEASIS Mobile Application (“Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Application is owned and operated by GVRT Pvt. Ltd.

2. Authorized Use

The Application is intended strictly for authorized enterprise users. Access is limited to users approved by their respective organizations.

3. License Grant

GVRT grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal business record management purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or misuse the Application. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights including source code, AI models, OCR engines, architecture, and documentation remain the exclusive property of GVRT.

6. Limitation of Liability

GVRT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

7. Termination

GVRT may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

PART B – PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, IT Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Information Collected

The Application may collect corporate email, user ID, role, device information, barcode scan data, timestamps, and operational activity logs.

3. Camera / Scanner Permission

Camera / Scanner access is required solely for scanning file, box, and location barcodes. No images or videos are stored by the Application.

4. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for authentication, operational tracking, audit logging, delivery confirmation, and system security.

5. Data Security

GVRT implements reasonable security practices including encryption in transit, secure cloud hosting, and role-based access control.

6. Data Sharing

Data is not sold or shared for advertising. It may be shared only with authorized client organizations, cloud infrastructure providers, or regulatory authorities as required by law.

7. Data Retention

Data retention follows contractual and regulatory requirements applicable to the client organization.

8. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through their organization administrator.
